Overview

Pulse is a SaaS analytics platform that needed a dashboard overhaul to better serve data-driven teams.

The Challenge

Complex data presented simply — without dumbing it down. Power users needed depth, while new users needed clarity.

The Approach

We designed a layered information architecture: summary at a glance, drill-down on demand. Custom data visualization components were built from scratch.

Results

User onboarding time decreased by 50%. Support tickets related to "finding data" dropped by 70%.
